Not only does Yachtman have several highly qualified delivery Captains as associate members, but the founders and managing members of Yachtman are also U.S.C.G. licensed Masters, and have accumulated experience from hundreds of thousands of inland and offshore miles, as well as having extensive knowledge of yacht construction and onboard systems.

Having your boat delivered by Yachtman means you can rest assured that the safety of the vessel is a top priority.  Great care is taken in preparing the vessel for the trip to avoid unnecessary damage to either the boat or its valuable contents.  Onboard systems are checked throughout the voyage to insure their proper operation.  Repairs and maintenance underway, which may be required to avoid critical equipment failure, are performed without question or delay.  Navigation routes are checked and double-checked, as are the navigation systems.  And of course, the weather is watched closely for conditions which should be avoided.

Rates for deliveries vary depending on the vessel and magnitude of the trip.  We offer both daily or per mile rates, and expenses can either be included or billed separately.  Crew travel arrangements can be made through our own travel portal, and are generally very reasonable.
